CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER

We are looking for a Client Service Manager for Louis Vuitton’s Client Service Europe Center in Brussels.
As a passionate leader and ambassador of the Louis Vuitton Promise, you will oversee multiple markets, inspire large teams, and ensure an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and values.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop teams: Manage 4 Team Managers and 50 Client Advisors across the UK, Ireland, South Africa, and Scandinavia, ensuring they deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise in every interaction. Recruit, coach, and develop talent, fostering a culture of empathy, agility, curiosity, and commercial mindset.

  • Drive business performance: Set and monitor individual and team goals, analyze sales, and design action plans to boost results. Partner with regional and corporate teams to align strategies with market needs.

  • Elevate client experience: Establish a client-centric mindset, ensuring all interactions are handled with sophistication, care, and efficiency. Support long-term client relationships through clienteling tools, personalized service, and proactive engagement.

  • Ensure operational excellence: Oversee the daily flow of inbound and outbound client contacts, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of inquiries, exchanges, and complaints within brand policies. Maintain adherence to Louis Vuitton standards and guidelines.

  • Foster collaboration: Communicate business updates, animate morning briefings, lead trainings, and encourage cross-team cooperation to maintain a harmonious and high-performance work environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of management experience in a call center or service environment, ideally within the luxury sector.

  • Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and people development skills.

  • Comfort working in multicultural and international contexts, with excellent interpersonal abilities.

  • Advanced MS Excel and Office Suite skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to change.

  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.
