Seeking a Stock Associate for a new luxury boutique in Stockholm to ensure smooth stock flow, accurate inventory management, and secure, well-organized back-of-house operations that support an exceptional client experience.
What you’ll do:
Manage stock flow: Process deliveries promptly, ensure accurate integration of stock, and carry out replenishments as needed. Complete transfers within Sweden and Europe, and address any stock issues including theft, discrepancies, or slow-moving items.
Ensure inventory accuracy: Support regular stock takes, including the annual inventory, and contribute to meeting targets. Develop precise reporting skills for monthly results, stock take outcomes, and faulty item tracking.
Maintain security and organization: Follow brand procedures for garment protection, security tagging, and stockroom housekeeping. Take proactive measures to safeguard stock and prevent loss.
Support commercial efficiency: Build strong relationships with store teams, the wider stock team, and Head Office to ensure seamless operations that directly support the boutique’s commercial success.
What you’ll bring:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in stock or administration, preferably in luxury retail.
Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Swedish and English.
