THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Sales Advisor will be a true ambassador of the House, responsible for delivering an exceptional and deeply personalised client experience across all product categories.
This is a full-time position based in Oslo, combining commercial performance with the art of luxury clienteling at the highest level.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the House's standards at every touchpoint.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalised service and styling guidance.
Conduct private appointments, fittings, and wardrobe consultations with discretion and professionalism.
Provide expert knowledge of fabrics, craftsmanship, and the design process to support confident purchasing decisions.
Consistently achieve individual and boutique targets while upholding qualitative service standards.
Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping, and brand presentation.
Manage stock administration in line with company expectations.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a natural relationship-builder with an innate sense of luxury service: someone for whom making every client feel truly welcomed is second nature.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sales Advisor in luxury retail.
Genuine passion for luxury fashion and a deep interest in craftsmanship and the retail industry.
Commercial mindset with digital savviness.
Excellent communication, team-building, and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities.
Fluency in Norwegian and English required; additional languages are a plus.
Right to work in Norway required.
