Stock Associate

Seeking a Stock Associate for a new luxury boutique in Stockholm to ensure smooth stock flow, accurate inventory management, and secure, well-organized back-of-house operations that support an exceptional client experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage stock flow: Process deliveries promptly, ensure accurate integration of stock, and carry out replenishments as needed. Complete transfers within Sweden and Europe, and address any stock issues including theft, discrepancies, or slow-moving items.

  • Maintain security and organization: Follow brand procedures for garment protection, security tagging, and stockroom housekeeping. Take proactive measures to safeguard stock and prevent loss.

  • Support commercial efficiency: Build strong relationships with store teams, the wider stock team, and Head Office to ensure seamless operations that directly support the boutique’s commercial success.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in stock or administration, preferably in luxury retail.

  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities.
