WW DESIGN MANAGER
A leading fashion brand brand is looking for a Design Manager to drive the creative direction of its collections. This role is pivotal in defining the brand’s identity and ensuring innovation, trend awareness, and commercial success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WW design (multi product), a keen eye for trends, and the ability to lead a creative team.
What you’ll do:
Define and execute the creative vision for WW collections, ensuring innovation and brand consistency.
Research trends, materials, and technologies to develop forward-thinking sneaker designs.
Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final production, ensuring technical feasibility.
Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to align creative and commercial strategies.
Manage and mentor the design team, fostering creativity and excellence.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and factories to ensure quality and efficiency.
Present collections and concepts to leadership, buyers, and external partners.
What you’ll bring:
At least 10 years of experience in WW design.
Deep understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
Strong trend awareness and ability to translate insights into commercially successful designs.
Leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding a creative team.
Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and market demands.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite, CAD programs).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
