What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop the team: Coach, inspire, and grow talent, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that puts the client at the center.

• Elevate client experience: Lead from the floor, ensuring every interaction is personalized, seamless, and exceeds expectations.

• Drive business growth: Identify opportunities to maximize sales, develop client relationships, and implement strategic initiatives in partnership with the Store Director.

• Oversee operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from stock management to visual standards, while maintaining compliance with brand guidelines.

• Foster client loyalty: Build lasting relationships with VIC and high-potential clients, leveraging data insights and bespoke engagement activities.

• Champion brand values: Act as a role model for the brand culture, sharing knowledge, passion, and commercial vision with the team.
