What you’ll do:

• Drive client engagement: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with VIC and high-net-worth clients through one-on-one styling sessions and tailored wardrobe proposals.

• Curate exclusive styling experiences: Guide clients across categories—Ready-to-Wear, shoes, handbags, and elevated pieces—translating the Maison’s aesthetic into bespoke looks.

• Lead styling culture: Act as the in-store styling expert, inspiring and guiding the sales team in delivering cohesive, elevated fashion proposals.

• Support commercial growth: Leverage your personal client book and develop new opportunities through activations, private events, and key brand moments.

• Deliver immersive fittings: Conduct private, personalized appointments that create emotional connections between the client and their wardrobe selections.

• Elevate store expertise: Share your fashion knowledge and trend insights in morning briefings and team sessions, raising the overall styling standard in the boutique.

What you’ll bring:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion, with strong expertise in personal styling and client development.

• An existing network of VIC or high-net-worth clients, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

• A deep knowledge of styling, trends, and luxury fashion culture.

• A confident, inspiring, and collaborative approach to supporting sales teams and enhancing store fashion authority.

• Previous experience leading private appointments and exclusive events is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and an elevated sense of aesthetics.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
